Sincerity and Truth

Manipulation. Gaslighting. Deception.

As women who experience trauma from betrayal, we are familiar with these words.

We want to have hope and trust things will get better, but we often feel alone in our battles.

Many believe lies are relatively harmless, but not God. He doesn’t overlook deception. Psalm 12:5 gives us hope. Listen to David‘s words:

“Because of the oppression of the weak and the groaning of the needy, I will now I’ll rise,”says the Lord. “I will protect them from those who malign them.”

Liars think they will get what they want by deception, but they aren’t fooling God. Jesus’ names: the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, clearly depict his values.

He honors sincerity and truth!

When we think these values are nonexistent, we have the hope of God’s word. Always true, faithful, and flawless – we can depend upon his promises.
