Good Stewardship

For some needed soul care, nature was my answer.  The sky spit and sputtered for a bit, but it did not dampen my day nor diminish my delight.

I found beautiful wildflowers and mushrooms. Had I not gone, I would not have encountered the pleasing scent of New Mexico rain–an aroma unlike any other!

All of my senses came alive–it was just what I needed. What are you doing for soul care today?

Remember: soul care is self care, but itโ€™s NOT selfish. It’s being a good steward of what God has given you. Choose something you enjoy and get replenished!

  1. New Mexico is beautiful, and you described it well ๐Ÿ™‚
To answer your question, I will sit in front of the fireplace, play my guitar, and sing my favorite Christmas carols, including my all-time favorite, “O Holy Night.”
