Perseverance: ability to withstand stress in order to accomplish God’s best.
Who couldn’t use a big dose of perseverance?
I know I could—daily!
We know an easy life was never promised, but Jesus does promise to walk with us through difficulty.
But here’s the thing. We need to trust him for his help. We need to seek him in order to find him. His word contains the promises we need for life. Who’s ready to do this?
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Acknowledge him in all your ways, and he will make your paths straight.” Proverbs 3:5-6
