Sometimes my mind cannot settle. The state of our world is distressing. Ongoing trauma is disturbing. So when I want to keep my eyes fixed on Jesus, I try to list his attributes. One way to help keep my focus is to go through the alphabet, thinking of an attribute for every letter.
A : ALMIGHTY
B : BEAUTIFUL
C : COMFORTER
