I made a post at the beginning of the year mentioning my word choice for 2021: Savor.
Now that we’re more than halfway through (and you know how fast time goes once holidays approach) I thought I would take an inventory to see how well I had implemented my word for the year. Most often, days zip by before before I have a chance to thoroughly savor them!
What I’m learning is, it’s time to slow down, eliminate hurry and start noticing. Every breath we inhale is worth savoring. Let’s not keep flipping calendar pages without remembering a heart of gratitude for how God blesses us. Who’s with me? Let’s savor each moment!
