Don’t we all love a new outfit once in a while?
It’s not like we NEED new clothes, but maybe we just get bored wearing the same thing over and over? Am I right?
God’s word tells us we are clothed in Jesus, robed in righteousness. We are no longer covered in guilt and shame. This is good news!
When we get dressed, let’s remember WHY Jesus gave us a new outfit—designed by Him, for us: He loved us first, died and rose again, so we could stand before Hime, pure and spotless, without sin. This is how he sees those who follow Him—clothed in His grace. Amen!
