If God were in to backpacking, “Stay on Trail” would probably be something He’d say.

But sometimes we get lost, veering off the path, thinking our way is better than God’s.

How do we know the right way? What decisions to choose—to remain in His will?

Friend, there’s only one way to know… by seeking Him in His Word. He shows us the way because He IS the WAY. We need to listen for His voice.

“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” Psalm 119:105 NIV

  1. The “lamp” is not a floodlight. It leads us one step at a time. Too often I run ahead and take the wrong path, or I go down rabbit trails that do nothing but make messes and waste time. :/

    1. I’m right there with you. Can’t get ahead of myself. One day at a time, hour at a time, minute at a time!
