I recently viewed statistics released by Covenant Eyes saying 70% of wives of men with sex addiction could be diagnosed with PTSD.
Sometimes my heart races. Other times tears come from nowhere. Trouble sleeping? How are you coping with PTSD?
Trauma does not come without side effects.
Yahweh breathing helps. So does reading truth about who God says I am. When I relax, and consciously rest in Jesus, I know nothing can separate his love from me.
