Have you ever seen a Medal of Honor or known someone who’s received one?
After betrayal, we ask a lot of questions: Am I not good enough or worthy of loving? What’s wrong with me, or what did I do wrong? Why are you choosing to replace me?
Our very worth is questioned. In fact, we often feel unworthy- with little or no value. But what does God say about us?
“For I am honored in the sight of the Lord, and my God is my strength.” Isaiah 49:5 NASB
In God’s eyes, we are honored! This is far better than receiving an earthly Medal of Honor.
Let God’s Word, the one that counts, be the FINAL word. Amen.
